Leadership development program

Leadership development has to be approached like a fitness routine, i.e. If we truly want to get in shape, we must continuously work on it. A couple of training sessions every year does not lead to lasting results. Leaders will need to commit their ongoing efforts for developing their capacity to lead.
For the leadership development program to be effective, a proper assessment of the organization and its leaders would be required to uncover dysfunctional behaviors. The training should always be based on what is currently happening in the organization, and not based on a standard framework.
